Caps with Nove Forged logos comes standardly with each wheel. At the request of the client, the set of wheels can be completed with individual center caps. Such customization may include logos of car manufactures or personal engravings of any other type. Moreover we can build multipiece caps of any complex structure as well. In addition to the caps, personalized engravings could be placed on any part of the wheel. The most suitable places for such engravings are barrel stripe and spokes, although any other place could be used as well.
Each of our designs could be additionally customized by individual center caps. Such customization may include car manufacturer's logos or personal engravings of any type. We can also build multipiece caps of any complex structure and merge it with the chosen design of the wheel. For example, such caps can have the form of a straight or rounded pentahedron, or completely cover the PCD holes. Our engineering also specialze in building center lock wheels. The standard price of our wheels includes basic one color finishing according to RAL table, followed by clear, gloss or matte coating. We also offer machining of the face upon request. More complex types of finishing of the wheel include mirror polishing of the entire disk or some of its elements, hand brushing or complex painting into mulltiple colors. All these works are carried out by our craftsmen manually, which increases the production time by 2-3 weeks. But the result is worth it!
Mirror polishing of the wheel is an alternative to chrome plating. This process can be carried out both in special machines and manually, using abrasives and pastes. Usually followed by transparent coating. Technically, there is a possibility to polish the entire wheel or some of its parts, like rim, lip or face.
By far, the most popular type of wheel finishing today is brushed wheels. Brushing includes manual processing of the wheel with special abrasive materials. As a result, the surface is covered with small notches and scratches. Topped with transparent or colored coating for a truly fantastic view.
One of the most difficult types of finishing is multi-color painting. This process involves scrupulous wheel tapping, followed by painting the non-tapped parts of the wheel. This procedure is repeated multiple times, depending on the number of colors used in painting.
